Privacy

Sinora offers its customers a special counseling service for the retrofitting of video surveillance systems, and operations centers in accordance with the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 esm).

The service consists of:

• support in the identification of the hierarchy of responsible treatment of the data;
• support for the management and storage of sensitive personal data (images, voice, data);
• support for the proper issuance and management of passwords and permissions to control access to the premises and locations;
• support for the correct reporting of the plants on public and private land.

Sinora makes use of internal resources and consultants are able to offer a continuous updating of regulations, guidelines and decisions of the Ombudsman for Privacy in order to protect their customers from unpleasant surprises.
