Certifications and quality system

Sinora’s quality system has been certified by CSQ (CISQ federation) since 1999 and is periodically checked in order to make sure that high standards of compliance with the requirements of the regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 are guaranteed with a view to growth and constant improvement.

In 2000, Sinora was one of the first to obtain the important international Application Partner certificate from Motorola CGISS. Over time, this has enabled the company to design ad hoc software and hardware applications capable of integrating and managing multiple functions compared to the standard configurations of latest generation portable and vehicle devices.

In 2002, Sinora is qualified by Motorola CGISS  as an international distributor of TETRA equipment and systems. At the same time, it invests in high-level training and is accredited as a Dimetra IP Micro Partner and a Dimetra IP Compact Partner.

Sinora is certified with the 1st-degree telecommunications license for the operation, installation and maintenance of telephone exchanges and public communication lines.

The diversification process started in 2006 led Sinora to stand as an important point of reference in the field of video surveillance.

In 2011, it obtains the SOA certificate for the production of TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK AND DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS (cat. OS 19) amounting up to € 1,032,913 (class. III) and for design and construction projects up to classification VIII. This important achievement completes Sinora’s internal knowhow qualification and enhancement process, in which the company has invested considerably over the years, in a logic of differentiation and continuous training.
